Chae Dongha (채동하) was a South Korean singer and musical actor who debuted as a singer on November 19, 2002 with the album Nature.

They debuted in 2004 but he left on May 8, 2008 — He was also a member of 옴므듀엣 (Homme) in 2011. — He continued his solo career even after leaving SG Wannabe. — In 2005, he won the Singer of the Year prize at the KBS Music Awards. — That same year, he won the Bonsang at the Gayo Daejeon (end-of-year award). — He took part in several TV and radio shows. — In 2008, he made an appearance in the MV for Kim Jongwook‘s 그대만이. — He was under G Family Entertainment (2000-03), GM Company (2003-08), Polaris Entertainment (2008-09) and WS Entertainment (2009-11). — On May 26, 2011, he was found dead in Bulgwang-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. It was discovered that he passed away by suicide. Some alleged reasons for his choice could’ve been severe depression. — May 27, 2011, the day after his passing, was supposed to be the day for his concert in Tokyo, Japan. Rehearsal for the concert went on as planned although they couldn’t reach him out.
