She started off as a trainee singer under YG Entertainment but she got convinced by a CEO to pursue an acting career instead. She debuted as an actress in 2002 in KBS’s horror series “Anagram” and as a singer on June 16, 2010 with the digital single “Brown Hair” (갈색머리).
