NKI Members Profile
NKI (formerly known as INKI) is a Russian boy group inspired by Asian music culture. They’ve debuted on December 6, 2019 with the single “Drop Top”. The group currently consists of 4 members: Ayu, Ash, Aim and Era. NKI is a new format dance boy band inspired by the trends of Asian idol groups. The project was created as a unique group for the Russian market based on Japanese and South Korean musical trends. NKI is not trying to blindly copy the K-pop leaders of the industry, but create their own unique code, where the visual component is no less important than the musical one. Each member of the group was carefully selected among three thousand candidates within the framework of a large-scale casting organized by the label of Maxim Fadeev and the MUZ-TV channel.
