Off the Cuff (OTC) was a pre-debut South Korean boy group under Purple Entertainment, which consisted of five members: Peter, Insoo, Leo, Rowoon and Yoo One. They were originally a project group created by a YouTuber Big Marvel, consisting of 9 models, YouTubers, Instagram influencers, buskers, and trainees. The original line up that was announced on October 6, 2019 was supposed to be Big Marvel, Insoo, Kang Leo, Swey, Rown, Yoo One, Seryun, Renya, and Gunho, but the final formation was announced on November 20, 2019. They released their first single titled “Going Out” on April 23, 2020 but according to Peter, it wasn’t their debut song and after that their debut was set around July/August 2020. Eventually, they disbanded on April 9, 2021 with the official statement made by the company via Instagram account (x).
