The group was debuted in 1998 but disbanded in 2009. – He was the writer, lead vocals and guitar when he was in the band (The Flowers). – In February 1998, Zhang Wei and his friends performed in a pub, they got to know artist agent Hong Feng. That is the time when the Flowers officially debuted. – He is married. – In 2002, he with the members of The Flowers won the Media Award in the 2nd Chinese Pop Music. – He debuted solo after The Flower disbanded. – In September 2009, he made debut as an actor as Dong Feng in Royal Tattoo Movie. – He keep up his humorous, fun-loving, crazy party rock style and made singles that are both critically and commercially acclaimed after going solo. -After he debut solo, he show his interest to EDM. He and his musical partner (Cheng Zhen Xin) would spend a lot of time on YouTube, learning to do EDM and looking for inspiration. – Since 2015, His latest music genre shifted to electronic dance music (EDM).
