Yamamoto Sayaka (山本彩) is a Japanese pop soloist and a former member of MAD CATZ and NMB48 Team N. She left the band MAD CATZ in 2010 to join NMB48, where she became one of the most popular and recognizable members. She released her first solo album Rainbow while still being a member of NMB48 in October 2016, graduated from the group in November 2018 and continued her career as a solo singer and songwriter. Her first single released as an independent artist, Ichirinsou, was out in April 2019 and ranked 3rd in the Oricon charts. She is managed by Showtitle and releases under the label of Universal Music Japan.
